Privacy Policy

Protecting your privacy is important to us. This Privacy Policy explains how Florida Dental Implant & Oral Surgery, LLC (“FDIOS,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information through our website at https://www.newteethnow.com (the “Site”).

For purposes of this Policy, references to FDIOS include New Teeth Now and the Site.

Effective date: September 22, 2026
Last updated: September 22, 2026
This Policy replaces our previous Privacy Policy dated January 1, 2020.

Important: How this Policy relates to HIPAA

FDIOS is a healthcare provider and a covered entity under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (“HIPAA”). It is important to understand that two different sets of rules may apply to information about you:

Protected health information. Information we create or receive in the course of providing dental and surgical care — your medical and dental records, treatment information, and related billing records — is protected health information (“PHI”) governed by HIPAA and by our Notice of Privacy Practices, not by this Privacy Policy. A copy of our Notice of Privacy Practices is available on request at our office, or by contacting us at info@newteethnow.com or 863-665-8878.

Website and marketing information. Information collected through this Site — including information you submit in a web form, and information collected automatically by cookies and similar technologies — is governed by this Privacy Policy.

Where information you submit through the Site becomes part of your patient record, it is thereafter treated as PHI under HIPAA and our Notice of Privacy Practices.

Information we collect

Information you provide to us

We collect information you choose to give us, which may include:

  • Your name
  • Email address
  • Telephone number
  • The content of messages, questions, or comments you send us
  • Information you provide about your interest in our services
  • Any other information you choose to include in a form or message

We ask that you not submit detailed medical or dental history, treatment details, medications, or insurance information through website forms or chat. If we need that information, we will collect it from you directly through a secure channel or in our office.

Information collected automatically

When you visit the Site, certain information is collected automatically, including:

  • Your browser type and version, operating system, IP address, and device information
  • Pages you view on our Site and the time and date of your visit
  • The website or advertisement that referred you to our Site
  • Campaign parameters and advertising click identifiers contained in the link you used to reach our Site

Some of this information is collected through cookies and similar technologies, described below. Some of it — including your IP address and browser information — is collected by our website software and may be attached to a form you submit, so that we can identify which marketing source generated your inquiry.

Information we do not collect

We do not collect demographic information such as age, gender, or household income. We do not operate sweepstakes or contests, and we do not accept payment through this Site.

How we use information

We use the information described above to:

  • Respond to your inquiry and contact you about a consultation
  • Schedule and confirm appointments and follow up about your care
  • Provide customer service and answer questions
  • Operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Site
  • Understand how visitors use the Site, in order to improve it
  • Measure the effectiveness of our advertising, including which campaigns and channels generate inquiries
  • Show our advertisements to people who have previously visited our Site
  • Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, automated traffic, and invalid advertising clicks
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our rights

Cookies and similar technologies

A cookie is a small text file placed on your device by a website. Cookies cannot run programs or deliver viruses. We also use related technologies such as pixels and tags, which work similarly.

We use cookies and similar technologies for four purposes:

Strictly necessary. Required for the Site to function and to keep it secure — for example, our security provider’s bot-detection cookie, our spam-protection service, and the cookie that records your cookie preferences.

Functional. Remembering settings and supporting features you use, such as accessibility preferences and embedded video playback.

Analytics. Understanding how visitors find and use the Site, and reporting on which marketing activities bring people to us. This includes Google Analytics and our own attribution software.

Advertising. Measuring the performance of our advertising and showing our advertisements to people who have visited our Site.

When you first visit the Site, we display a consent banner. Cookies other than strictly necessary cookies are not placed on your device unless you accept them. You can accept all, reject non-essential cookies, or choose which categories to allow, and you can change your choices at any time using the cookie preferences link in the footer of any page. A current list of the cookies we use, including each one’s purpose and duration, is available in that preferences panel.

Advertising and analytics partners

We work with third-party advertising and measurement providers who may receive information about your visit to our Site, such as the pages you viewed, your IP address, and an identifier assigned to your browser or device. Depending on the categories of cookies you accept, these may include:

  • Google (Google Ads and Google Analytics)
  • Meta (Facebook and Instagram)
  • Microsoft Advertising
  • Reddit
  • Connected television and streaming advertising providers, including MNTN, Paramount, and Spectrum Reach
  • Television advertising measurement providers, including TVSquared

These providers use this information to measure the performance of our advertising and to show our advertisements to people who have visited our Site. We do not authorize them to use it for any other purpose.

Text Message (SMS) Communications

Providing your phone number and consenting to receive text messages is voluntary. Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of receiving dental treatment or services, and is not required to make a purchase. You may receive service-related communications about your care even if you do not opt in to marketing messages.

If you opt in to receive text messages from New Teeth Now, you agree to receive SMS communications, which may be sent using automated technology, related to:

  • Appointment reminders
  • Post-treatment follow-up
  • Important updates regarding your care
  • Requests for feedback or reviews
  • Promotional or marketing offers

Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

To stop receiving messages, reply STOP to any text message from us. After opting out, you will no longer receive SMS messages unless you opt in again. For help, reply HELP, or contact us at 863-665-8878.

We do not sell or share your mobile number with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Email communications

We may contact you by email to respond to your inquiry, confirm appointments, provide updates about your care, and — if you have opted in — send announcements and promotional offers. To improve our communications, we may receive a notification when you open an email from us or click a link within it.

You can stop receiving marketing emails at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any marketing email, or by contacting us using the details below. You may continue to receive communications related to your care.

Telephone calls

Call tracking. We use a call tracking service to identify which marketing source generated a call. This means the telephone number shown on our Site may differ depending on how you reached us. All of these numbers connect to our practice.

Call recording. Calls to and from our practice may be recorded. You will hear a notice at the beginning of the call informing you that the call may be recorded. If you continue with the call after that notice, you consent to the call being recorded. If you would prefer not to be recorded, please tell the person you are speaking with, or contact us by email at info@newteethnow.com or through the contact form on our Site instead.

How we use recordings. We use call recordings for quality assurance, staff training, confirming the details of what was discussed, and identifying which marketing source generated the call.

Storage and access. Recordings are stored by our call tracking provider on our behalf. Because calls with patients and prospective patients may contain health information, we maintain a Business Associate Agreement with that provider as required by HIPAA. Recordings are accessible only to authorized staff.

Retention. Call recordings are retained for as long as needed for quality assurance and training, and are then deleted.

How we share information

We do not sell, rent, or lease our patient or customer lists to third parties.

We share information in the following circumstances:

Service providers. We use third-party companies to operate our business — including customer relationship management systems that store inquiries and patient contact information, our website host, our email and text messaging providers, and our call tracking provider. Where these providers handle protected health information on our behalf, we have Business Associate Agreements in place as required by HIPAA. All service providers are contractually restricted from using your information for any purpose other than providing services to us.

Advertising and analytics partners. As described above, and subject to the cookie choices you make.

Legal requirements. We may disclose information without notice if required by law or where we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to comply with legal process, protect our rights or property, or protect the personal safety of any person.

Business transfers. If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

Data retention

We keep information only for as long as we need it for the purposes described in this Policy, and then delete or de-identify it. How long that is depends on the type of information:

  • Inquiries that do not become patient relationships are kept for as long as needed to respond to you and for a reasonable follow-up period afterward.
  • Marketing and attribution data is kept for the period needed to report on the performance of the campaign it relates to.
  • Call recordings are kept for as long as needed for quality assurance and training.

We may retain information longer where we are required to by law, or where it is needed to resolve a dispute or enforce our agreements.

Security

We take reasonable measures to protect information from unauthorized access, use, alteration, or disclosure. Information transmitted between your browser and our Site is encrypted using Transport Layer Security (TLS).

No method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure. While we work to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security, and you acknowledge the inherent limitations of internet security that are beyond our control.

Your privacy rights

If you would like to know what information we hold about you, or would like us to correct or delete it, contact us at info@newteethnow.com or 863-665-8878. We will need to verify your identity, and there may be information we are required to keep for legal or dental record-keeping reasons.

Limits on deletion

We may be unable to delete information where we are required or permitted to retain it, including to:

  • Complete a transaction or provide a service you requested
  • Comply with our legal, professional, or record-keeping obligations, including dental record retention requirements
  • Detect security incidents or protect against fraudulent or illegal activity
  • Identify and repair errors affecting functionality
  • Exercise or defend legal claims
  • Use the information internally in a lawful manner compatible with the context in which you provided it

Links to other websites

Our Site contains links to other websites and embedded content from third parties, including YouTube videos. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of other websites. We encourage you to review the privacy policy of any site you visit.

Children

Our Site and services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above and post a notice on the Site. We encourage you to review this Policy periodically.
