All-on-X Dental Implants

New Teeth Now

You may have heard of All-on-4® or All-on-6 dental implant procedures, which offer a standard approach of using four to six implants to anchor a full arch of prosthetic teeth. However, full mouth dental implant restorations shouldn’t be standardized. At New Teeth Now, we describe our implantation technique as All-on-X because we recognize that every patient has a different level of jawbone mass and density, requiring a customized approach for stabilization and long-lasting results. We take pride in meeting patients’ individual needs and, in fact, we’ve had many patients who are better served with five to eight dental implants.

All-on-X | All in One Day

At New Teeth Now, we don’t turn away patients who have been told they can’t get implants due to bone loss. We also don’t require bone grafting for a full arch procedure. Our oral and maxillofacial surgeons have spent years developing our time-tested, proven All-on-X technique that ensures our high-grade titanium implants are fixed in your mouth securely and permanently. Best of all, even with our specialized alternative to All-on-4, you will arrive for your procedure in the morning and walk out the same afternoon with a functional set of new teeth.

All-On-X Implants Explained

Most patients, especially those with sufficient bone to support them, are better off with more than four implants. Thanks to the flexibility of the New Teeth Now method, you can receive extractions, implants, and a full set of new teeth, all in one day. A minimum of four implants will be placed in the upper or lower jaw, providing excellent support for a full arch of prosthetic teeth. In many cases, our surgeons find that more than four implants can provide more reliable support, and they will place more implants accordingly at no extra cost.

PAIN-FREE, NO MATTER HOW MANY IMPLANTS

Patients frequently remark on how pain-free the full mouth dental implant procedure is at New Teeth Now, no matter what “X” turns out to be. When you turn to us, you’ll go to sleep under general anesthesia and feel nothing at all during the dental implantation. When your All-on-X procedure is complete, while you are still asleep, the surgeon will administer a long-lasting pain medicine that prevents discomfort for several hours after you wake up. You will also go home with a prescription for pain medication, though most of our patients say they never need to use it.

A PROCEDURE FOR ALMOST ANYONE

Do you have many failing or missing teeth, yet you’ve been told you cannot get dental implants due to bone loss in your mouth? New Teeth Now was created just for you. We are one of only a few clinics in North America that routinely place zygomatic implants for All-on-X procedures. The likelihood that we cannot treat you is very slim, and we are proud to say yes to patients when other dental professionals have told them it could not be done.

DESIGNED TO LAST A LIFETIME

All-on-X is a permanent solution and thus much different than traditional crowns, partials, or other types of dental restoration work. Our titanium implants are designed to last a lifetime and support zirconia implant crowns. Not only is zirconia the most durable material used in implant dentistry, it’s also chosen for its optimal aesthetic appeal. Your zirconia teeth will look great, and no one will be able to tell that they’re not your natural teeth.
