Giving back is very important to Dr. Chen and he has trained with renowned financial expert, Dave Ramsey, to learn financial and biblical principles about healthy money management. This has allowed Dr. Chen positive growth in his business and increased his charitable giving. He has raised over $180,000 to benefit organizations such as Champions for Children, Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Sun Coast, Crohn’s and Colitis Foundation and more.
In 2018, Dr. Chen opened Chen Dental Labs, the first in-office digital lab in Highlands County, Florida. Dr. Chen is a member of several dental associations including the Florida Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry and the International Dental Implant Association. Dr. Chen is also a Greater Sebring Chamber of Commerce Circle member. When he is not building the practice, Dr. Chen has a deep passion for his family. He lives an active lifestyle through surfing, water skiing, hunting and camping with his three adventurous boys and has enjoyed 20 years of marriage with his beautiful wife and business partner, Geri.

Dr. Blake Thompson grew up in Virginia Beach, VA and moved to Tampa to attend the University of South Florida, graduating with a B.A. In Chemistry. He obtained his D.M.D from Nova Southeastern University in 2001. Following graduation, Dr. Thompson established the Haywood County Dental Clinic, a community, non-profit dental clinic in the mountains of Western North Carolina. As clinical director, he oversaw and helped provide much needed dentistry for underserved children and elderly in the region. Dr. Thompson also served as an adjunct clinical instructor for the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill, College of Dentistry, and was an advisory board member for Head Start.
In 2005, Dr. Thompson returned to Tampa to establish a comprehensive practice focused on general, cosmetic, and implant dentistry. As a passionate professional, he spends countless hours continuing his education, and in 2016, was awarded Fellowship status in The International Congress of Oral Implantologists (ICOI).
Dr. Thompson lives in Tampa with his wife Tammy and their two children. He enjoys running, completing his first marathon in 2014. He is currently training to become a certified yoga instructor and strives to find balance and health in all phases of life.

He is also a member of several professional organizations and study clubs respected among colleagues and loved by patients.
Dr. Rashid lives in St. Petersburg with his wife Diana and their three amazing daughters. He enjoys cooking, fishing, traveling, and all the great outdoor activities that our amazing community has to offer.
